Definitely not as expected
I expected to be wow’ed by the Phiten products. I went all the way and ordered a necklace, 2 bracelets (one for me and one for my husband), socks, lotion, and patches.

I read all the reviews for this product and thought I would give it a try. I have stress headaches and my neck stays in a knot most of the time. I have worn this for 3 days now and my neck is no longer knotted up. My headaches have decreased. Mind over matter? Not sure, but it does work for me.

Looks cool and easy to keep clean

I had used Phiten’s adhesive discs during the last two marathons I ran. I tried this product in the hopes that it would help alleviate some of the tension in my neck during running…and it has. I relax my neck and shoulders much more and find that because of that I breathe easier and can run in better form.
